Congreso 2020 will discuss Outdoor Recreation. Highlights will include a presentation by keynote speaker Axie Navas, director of the new state Office of Outdoor Recreation, and discussion of public access rights to streams crossing private land. Additional discussions will be presented on youth education and outreach opportunities, bridging the divide between indigenous/land-grant communities and recreationists, and follow-up on the El Vado corrective action.
